Insight/Problem: All businesses face challenges. Whether it be winning over customers from competetitors. This can be even more difficult when your competitor is across the street, customers are unsure of your hours, and new customers may not be sure what you even sell. The Glazed and Infused Wicker Park store currently faces all of these obstacles.
Concept/Solution: In order to effectively compete against other donut companies in the neighborhood, Glazed and Infused needs to reinforce its identity as the authentic brand of the neighborhood.
