Explaining emerging technology is never easy, yet this is what was the goal of Aurora's Investor Day. Taking cue from their existing branding the team created an immersive experience.
There were many disruptive moments within the space, but the first was an innovative way the keynote was delivered. After the presentation was done, guests were invited to walk through the screens to explore the rest of the space.
THE SPACE
The flow of the event was envisioned to create elements of surprise and delight. Elevating. the standard tent we were able to create an inviting reception area that lead to the keynote room. The keynote then hid the rest of the touch points which were revealed once the guests stepped through the keynote portal. These renders were created using Sketchup.
