Our goal was to design an immersive footprint where guests could experience Olay's latest skincare breakthrough. The result was a booth with three engagement areas—game, demo, and photo experience. These touchpoints were hosted by Olay's dermatologists and assisted by knowledgeable brand ambassadors whose responsibility is to keep excitement levels high and manage the queue.

Since Soak, Activate, Wash is your call to action for the OLAY Cleansing Melts process, we used those names to build the experience framework. We wanted to leverage OLAY’s iconic brand, but with a twist. Mature yet modern. Classic and contemporary.

THE SPACE

 

As guests enter the experience, they are immediately welcomed by a striking product display directly in front of them. From there they had the opportunity to try the product, and spin the Spincare wheel for a chance to win a giveaway or purchase product. Finally, they were able to engage in a showstopping photomoment.

RENDER TO REALITY

 

Despite the venue's mandated pink carpet, the spirit of the build was still able to shine through. Repositioning Olay as a not only a classic, but also a modern brand.
